- Defense of employers in administrative proceedings before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (OCRC) and the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS)
- Defense of public and private employers at the trial and appellate levels in wrongful discharge, harassment and discrimination claims involving race, gender, age and disability
- Counseling of employers on employment practices
