Ben Cooper’s practice is geared toward the needs of small businesses, professionals and nonprofit organizations.  His experience includes the formation, maintenance and dissolution of limited liability companies, corporations and nonprofit organizations as well as the negotiation and drafting of employment agreements, real estate purchase and lease agreements and independent contractor agreements.  Ben has also helped nonprofit organizations obtain tax-exempt status from the IRS as well as exemptions from real property taxes.

As a member of NGC’s school law practice, Ben also regularly advises clients regarding charter school law and nonprofit governance.
