Mike Cicero practices at the local, state and federal levels in various areas of public sector law, including civil and criminal trial and appellate litigation, Section 1983 civil rights defense and planning and zoning.
Mike has been a municipal prosecutor his entire career and currently holds that position in Gates Mills, Hunting Valley, Mayfield Village and Richmond Heights. For almost 20 years, he has served as legal counsel for the Northern Ohio Risk Management Agency (NORMA), a municipal self-insurance pool composed of 11 municipalities, and assistant legal advisor for the Suburban Police Anti-Crime Network (SPAN), a regional collaboration of Hillcrest area police departments for specialized law enforcement units.
Mike also represents businesses and handles commercial trial and appellate litigation as well as corporate and real estate transactions and related matters.
